  1. What does our Privacy Policy cover?
            
              Protecting the privacy and personal data of individuals is an important
              aspect of the way our company, 44th Aberdeen Boys Brigade, organises
              and implements its activities both on-line and off-line. 

              This Privacy Policy covers the public and private use of 44th Aberdeen Boys
              Brigade web site. Other web sites which are linked to the company's website
              and which may be accessed from those sites are not covered by this Privacy
              Policy.

             The data protection act covers all personal information that is held off-line.

              We collect the personal data that you volunteer on forms which you
              submit to us (including but not limited to consent, registration, order, survey,
              and competition forms), and in emails which you send to us. This includes, 
              but not limited to all name, address, telephone, date of birth, age & mobile
              phone contacts.

              We also keep records for boy's acheivements in badgework, attendance & 
              promotions.

              You can access our website's home page and browse our site without
              disclosing any personal data  We do not use cookies to hold session information.
             
              We will not disclose any members full name on the public area of the website.
             
              Parental Permission has been given prior to use of all member photos on our
              website and no individual will be identified on any used.
              
              We will ensure that full details of meeting places and times of any activities are
              not published in a public area.

              Every visitor to this website is logged and tracked by our web server, recording
             which pages have been visited. No personal details are captured during this
             process. The information is only used to count the number of visitors to our
             website and which pages are most popular.
  4. Do we disclose users' personal data to third parties?
             
              We will ensure that no personal data is disclosed except insofar as you have
              consented to such disclosure or we are required to do so by law.

              We do not share any personal information with any 3rd parties outside the
              Boys Brigade.

              we will provide you with the reasons behind the refusal.
